Not so pretty in pictures but a treat for the taste buds.  This flavorful split pea soup is made simply with simmering split peas with vegetables in a house made vegetable stock.  The finished soup is slightly pureed for a smooth finish.

All soups are prepared fresh and then flash frozen.  They are sold in 16 fl oz boil in a bag pouches.
