Personalized and Professional –

Menus are designed to suit your needs and our staff will be there starting with the menu planning all the way to cleaning the last glass for the evening as your guests leave.  Please use this information to entice you but call us to work out the unique details for your gathering.

Plated Dinners

We have many hors d’oeuvres to choose from – they can be passed by a server or displayed.  Most can be priced by the each or per person so you’re sure to not run out. You can have an event that is hors d’oeuvres only or have a few before a dinner.

  • Cookout Hot Dogs and Hamburgers, salads, chips and dips plus all the fixins’ for a great cookout.
  • Barbecue We Smoke in house our own pulled pork, chicken and brisket.  Cowboy beans, coleslaw, cornbread, macaroni & cheese
  • Italian Feast Lasagna, full of meat or vegetables, parmesan breadsticks, Caesar salad, cannolis
  • Mexican Fiesta Taco Station, Burritos, Spanish Rice, Fresh Salsa and Chips

Staffing –

Bartending and service staff are available for hire when all of the catered food is provided by Custom Culinary Connections.

For most parties the staff will arrive on location 1.5 hours before the event start time and are usually all cleaned up 1 hour after the guests have departed.
Hourly rate is $30. per hour plus gratuity.

Rentals

We can assist in any of your rental needs.  You may want china, glass, silver and linen napkins for your dinner party or you might need a few cocktail tables with linen for your hors d’oeuvre party…we can help with it all.  We have a limited amount of our own rentals and we work closely with Williamsburg Event Rentals and we do not charge a fee for being the middle man when arranging rentals from another company.
